1926 Lakeshore Boulevard West
Toronto, Ontario
Mirabella Condominiums at 1926 Lake Shore Boulevard West in Toronto is a pair of 38-storey towers with over 700 homes in the city’s west end waterfront. With transit right at the doorstep and convenient highway access, residents are connected to the city’s top recreational and lifestyle amenities. Enduring and rich in both texture and detail, the development takes cues from the legacy of waterfront exhibition architecture. Fengate partnered with Diamante Development Corporation to develop Mirabella, which is also home to Motion in Air (Ma), one of Toronto’s most ambitious public art installations. The monumental artwork by Jennifer Macklem on the north façade of the buildings pays homage to the interconnections of local ecology with images of dragonflies, diatoms and botany. This vibrant landmark will be seen by commuters travelling on the Gardiner Expressway and GO Lake Shore line and will signal their arrival in Toronto.
