Oak West Corporate Centre

Oak West Corporate Centre is an exciting development opportunity that will continue with the flex office trend. Phase one of the park is slated to consist of two flex office buildings totaling over 71,000 ft2 and one industrial building totaling over 100,000 ft2. Phase II of the project, while yet to be determined, can accommodate approximately 400,000 ft2 with a combination of flex office and service retail.

525-541 Hespeler Road Redevelopment

This retail plaza is a highly identified commercial/retail center located in the commercial corridor of Cambridge, with frontage onto Hespeler Road. Fengate’s plan is to invest in the property to expand and improve it in order to better serve the local and growing community. The investment is expected to create jobs, offer new and more space for businesses to operate and increase consumer shopping experience. The first phase of the project will consist of a new pad site development at the corner of Sheldon Road and Hespeler Road, offering 10,000 ft2 of additional gross leasable area. The second phase of the project will consist of converting an existing unit into grocery store use. In the final phase, an additional 13,000 ft2 of gross leasable area shall be added as an extension to the existing unit creating a well-rounded overall appearance for the plaza.
